Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

Nerdspace Labs (“Nerdspace Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ORBITSocial, an external social publishing workspace. This Privacy Policy explains what information ORBITSocial processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Information ORBITSocial processes

  • Discord information: Discord user IDs, usernames, server IDs, server names, and permissions used to sign in and determine which server workspaces you can manage. ORBITSocial does not install or operate a Discord bot.
  • Connected accounts: When you authorize YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, or Snapchat, ORBITSocial receives the account information and permissions returned by that provider. Credentials are stored server-side in encrypted form.
  • Publishing content: Text, captions, schedules, templates, images, videos, alt text, and delivery settings you choose to submit or configure through ORBITSocial.
  • Uploads: Image and short-form video uploads may be stored in ORBITSocial’s configured Cloudflare storage until they are deleted or no longer needed for publishing.
  • Diagnostics and security data: Sanitized error details, request identifiers, timestamps, and security events used to keep ORBITSocial reliable. ORBITSocial is designed to exclude tokens, secrets, cookies, authorization headers, credentials, and stored content from diagnostic reports.
  • Session data: A secure, HttpOnly session cookie and server-side session record used to keep you signed in to the dashboard.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, publish content at your direction, deliver scheduled actions, process connected-platform requests, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations. ORBITSocial does not sell personal information and does not use your connected account data or content to train generative AI systems.

Third-party services

ORBITSocial connects to Discord OAuth, Cloudflare, and any third-party platform you choose to authorize. Those services receive information according to the action you request and their own privacy policies. Disconnecting an account stops future ORBITSocial use of that authorization, but does not erase records already retained by the provider.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your information. Information may be processed by service providers required to host Orbit, store data, deliver queued work, or communicate with an authorized platform. We use server-side access controls, encrypted credentials, secure cookies, same-origin protections, and least-privilege integrations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

ORBITSocial retains session, publishing, delivery, and security records for as long as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Workspace managers can disconnect authorized accounts and delete supported publishing records from the dashboard. To request help with data associated with ORBITSocial, contact Nerdspace Labs through the Nerdspace Labs Discord community.

Children

ORBITSocial is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when ORBITSocial’s features, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
