Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of ORBITSocial, an external social publishing workspace operated by Nerdspace Labs. By accessing ORBITSocial or connecting an account, you agree to these Terms.
Using ORBITSocial
You may use ORBITSocial only if you can legally agree to these Terms and have authority to manage the selected Discord server workspace and connected publishing accounts. ORBITSocial uses Discord OAuth for identity and server access; it does not install or operate a Discord bot.
Acceptable use
You may not use ORBITSocial to violate applicable law, Discord’s rules, a connected platform’s rules, or another person’s rights. Do not use it for spam, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access, API abuse, or content you do not have the right to publish.
Content and publishing permissions
You are responsible for text, images, videos, captions, schedules, templates, destinations, provider permissions, and account security. You represent that you have the rights and approvals required for the content you submit and the accounts you authorize. ORBITSocial cannot guarantee delivery when a provider rejects content, changes its API, expires authorization, or is unavailable.
Third-party services
ORBITSocial depends on Discord OAuth, Cloudflare, and optional providers including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, and Snapchat. Their services, permissions, availability, and terms are controlled by those providers.
Availability, suspension, and termination
ORBITSocial is evolving software provided on a best-effort basis. Features may change, pause, or be removed for security, provider, capacity, or maintenance reasons. We may restrict access to protect users, providers, or the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law. You may disconnect accounts and stop using ORBITSocial at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORBITSocial is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nerdspace Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of ORBITSocial, provider outages, or actions configured by users.
